Top 10 Sneaky Snacks

We decided to make a list of our top 10 Sneaky Snacks to date. These are the recipes that are our go-to’s when we need a healthy snack for our kids or the ones we will definitely be making again. Click the title of each snack to link to the recipe!

 

 

1. Deep Dish Cookie Pie

This is an all time favorite and has been for years. I make this to take to our family’s Thanksgiving get together almost every year. I have sent it to my school with my kids and taken it to work to share with coworkers and can honestly say no one has ever said a bad thing about it. And it is definitely “sneaky” since it is made with chickpeas

2. Banana Bombs

This was our first sneaky snack post ever but our kids still beg us to make these. They are so simple but so delicious

3. Banana Bread Muffins

This is another one that we make all the time in our house. My sister in law found this recipe and it has been a staple in our house ever since. We’ve tried it with blueberries, chocolate chips, strawberries, even spinach lol. Chocolate chips were the favorite addition. I love that it is refined sugar free, dairy free, and can be gluten free if using gluten free oats.

4. Peanut Butter Oat Bars

For a while I was making these once a week. They are great for throwing in lunches, grabbing as a quick breakfast, or as a to go snack on the way out the door. My husband is a big fan of these and they are SO easy.

5. Cauliflower Tots

I was shocked by how tasty these were. I made them around Easter using a bunny mold but you could make them anytime and shape into more of a “tot”. My kids loved them.

6. No-Bake Chocolate Bites

My husband has always been a big fan of the “No Bake Cookies” that have sugar, butter, peanut butter, oats, etc. This recipe has been a pretty good replacement for those and has a healthier spin on it.

7. Hidden Veggie Cheese Sticks

I loved these. Maybe even more than my kids did. They were fairly easy and packed with hidden veggies.

8. Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is another one I have made multiple times. So good and have a great texture for a grain free cookie.

9. Greek Yogurt Dots

So simple. So good.

10. Raw Vegan Blueberry Cheesecake

These were so refreshing. My daughter ate them for breakfast for a week.
