Strawberry Sorbet

We froze our leftover strawberries from the Hub City Farmer’s Market (Belue Farms) to make this sorbet. The measurements aren’t exact because it was an experiment, but you really can’t mess it up. Kid approved



3 cups of frozen strawberries 🍓
2 frozen bananas 🍌
3 Tbs honey or maple syrup 🍯
Splash of almond milk (or coconut milk/other milk of choice)
Splash of lemon juice 🍋


1. Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth
2. Transfer to container and put in freezer until ready to serve
