Peanut Butter Oat Bars

There aren’t any hidden veggies in this recipe, but there are only 4 simple, trusted ingredients. These take no time at all and would be perfect to pack in lunches or as a snack. 1/2 cup peanut butter ⠀
1/2 cup honey ⠀
1 1/2 cup oats ⠀
Handful of chocolate chips (optional) ⠀


1. Pre heat oven to 350 and spray baking dish with cooking spray⠀
2. Mix peanut butter and honey together in small bowl or saucepan⠀
3. Melt peanut butter and honey mixture (on stove or in microwave- I used microwave to speed up the process and use less dishes- just heated it in 15 second increments until melted) ⠀
4. Add oats, peanut butter mixture, and chocolate chips to baking dish and mix together. Flatten into even layer. ⠀
5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
