16 Sep No Bake Chocolate Bites
These hardly make it to the wax paper before they get eaten. They are so good. Comparable to no bake cookies but refined sugar free!
Recipe makes about 10
5 Tbs oats
2 Tbs peanut butter
2 Tbs honey
2 Tbs unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbs dark cocoa powder
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
2. Form into ball
3. Roll ball in unsweetened coconut
4. Place on wax paper to set. Can eat immediately or put in fridge to set even more.
