Butternut Squash Apple Muffins


This was kind of a sneaky Snack Sunday fail. I either put too much purée or subbing almond flour for regular flour messed up the muffins. They stayed mushy in the middle no matter how long I baked them. Either way, these had a lot of potential. They might get eaten with a fork over here bc I can tell they should have been good.
