Baked Banana Chips

If your kid has a sweet tooth(who doesn’t?), this is for you. These. Are. Candy. Possibly the sweetest thing I’ve ever eaten. And no added sugar. These take a while to bake/dehydrate but they are so simple. ⠀


2-3 bananas sliced into 1/4″ thick pieces ⠀
Lemon juice ⠀
Olive oil ⠀
Salt (optional) ⠀


1. Preheat oven to 200. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil ⠀
2. Brush or spray foil with olive oil ⠀
3. Slice bananas into thin 1/4″ pieces⠀
4.Dip in lemon juice to prevent browning (I just put a handful in at a time)⠀
5. Place onto baking sheet (I sprinkled with a little coarse sea salt) and bake for 1.5 hours. Flip pieces and bake for another 1.5 hours or until crispy.
