4-H Fishing Project

 The 4-H fishing project encourages youth to get outside and learn the art of fishing. They will learn about different fishing equipment, fish species, knots, rigging, and casting. Each fishing trip they take they will record weather, water conditions, and their catch. Want more? attend the optional project fishing days listed below. Open to youth ages 5-19 | Cost: Free for current SC 4-H Members; $10.00 for Non-Members. SEE DATES BELOW

June 5th Fishing Basics Lake Cherokee, Gaffney 8AM- 10AM

June 19th Knots & Bate John D. Long Lake (Black Bottom Rd, Union) 8AM-10AM

July 8rd Stream Study & Water Quality Tyger River Park Bank (3200 Walnut Grove Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376) 8AM-Noon
